Selection Process
Our database, which is growing constantly, comprises an assortment of candidates. We use this database and online systems when we conduct our search.
This, and our recruitment advertisement and response handling service, includes receiving the job profile information from our client and seeking to reach an agreement on the most critical selection criteria to be met by short-listed candidates and the response time.
We follow a formal recruitment and selection policy of using the Targeted Selection Method, a competency- based approach of recruitment. Candidates are screened against the job profile so the more concise and precise the job is, the more accurate our screening process will be.
By agreement with the client, candidates that pass the interview stage are tested and authorize us to perform checks including qualification, references with previous employers and, where the position requires, ITC and criminal checks.. The detailed information of the candidates that met the full selection process is forwarded to the client.
Service Level Agreement
N.T. Ngidi Consulting enters into a service level agreement with the client prior to the commencement of the project which ensures service delivery of the highest standard.
Legal Defensibility
We ensure that all systems and processes conform with labour legislation. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, colour, creed, or disability except for Employment Equity and the inherent requirements of the job.
Occupational Safety
We familiarize ourelves with the conditions under which temporary staff work, identify possible hazardous conditions, and ensure that the employees have adequate protection against such.
